The shitty batteries supplied with my POV1 cam died after 2 mins of use on each of my runs... not happy Jan! So here is a 1/4 warm up lap of Winton. At least you can hear it a little...
Such a pain! I've got some super special ones now so hopefully they last. Mic level was on way too high, like 7 or something, so I'm turning it down to 3 and giving it a shot next time.

Spewing, mines done that before, it dosnt like low batteries. Whats your Mic level on? try turning it down to 3 or 4 and the sound might get better
